Artisan Expo Vendor Application @ Iron Horse Art Festival 2025
Are you an artist? Apply as an Artisan Vendor in our 2nd Annual Iron Horse Arts Festival on Saturday, August 23!
From now until April 30, 2025, you can register as an artistic vendor for the Early Bird price of $45, a $15 savings over the usual price ($60).
Details:
Artisan Expo will be held from 10am - 4pm.
Vendors will be expected to remain throughout the entirety of the event (10am-4pm).
All vendors should be set up by 9:30am at the latest.
We will provide an approx. 10’ x 10’ (ten foot by ten foot) space at the Artisan Expo on the bricks in downtown Holdrege.
The event will be held on West Ave and 5th Ave by the Phelps County Courthouse. Exact location will be determined closer to the event; you will be provided with your location in advance.

The Iron Horse Arts District recommends (but does not provide) the following for this event:
a 10’ x 10’ tent or shade covering
Tent Weights are mandatory if you are bringing your own tent/shade
a table
chair(s)
shelving and/or hanging space for within your booth
signage with your name [we will provide a sign with your name and booth number in our branding style]
